1 bag (340g) Beck’s Farm Style Baking Mix
4 egg whites, beaten into stiff peaks
4 egg yolks, whisked
⅓ cup (70g) oil
½ cup + 2 tablespoons (135g) water
Preheat your waffle griddle.
Whisk together egg yolks & oil, then add water. Stir in dry mix and fold in egg whites. Portion batter into hot waffle griddle, don’t overfill. Follow cooking instructions for your waffle griddle. Serve immediately with toppings or keep in a covered dish in a warm oven (200°F) until ready to serve.
